Account and data deletion
This is the official self-service page to permanently delete your Pehnawa account and the personal data we hold for you on The Brand Master at https://thebrandmaster.pk. The same account works on our website and in the mobile app; you do not need the app installed to complete deletion here. For how we handle data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
Scope of deletion
When you complete verification below, we remove your user record and delete or disconnect the data linked to it, including:
- Account credentials and profile: display name, WhatsApp number, shopping profiles, size and audience preferences, and any avatar you uploaded.
- Photos you provided: body images used for Fit Check / virtual try-on, and stored try-on outputs tied to your account.
- In-app and on-site activity: wishlists, mood filters, taste preferences, notification choices, and similar settings saved to your profile.
- Sessions and access: active sign-in tokens and server-side sessions so the account cannot be used again.
Deletion is irreversible. It is processed as soon as you enter the one-time code we send to your WhatsApp and confirm that you understand the consequences. We may retain minimal technical logs or anonymised analytics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Verify and confirm
We send a short verification code to your WhatsApp number to confirm that you control the account before any data is removed.
Signed in on your phone? You may also delete your account from Profile → Account in the Pehnawa app.
