This page lists the official ways to reach the team behind The Brand Master at https://thebrandmaster.pk and the Pehnawa mobile app. We are a discovery platform — we help you find products across Pakistani brands and link you to each brand’s own store for checkout. We do not process payments or ship orders on behalf of brands.

Email is the best channel for account, privacy, and partnership questions. We aim to reply within a few business days; messages about urgent safety or legal matters are prioritised when they clearly state the issue in the subject line.

Privacy, accounts, and your data

For privacy requests, questions about how we use personal data, or help with your account (including deletion), contact:

You can review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. To permanently delete your account without emailing us, use the self-service account and data deletion page or Profile → Account in the Pehnawa app.

Orders, returns, and brand websites

The Brand Master does not sell products directly. Prices, stock, delivery, returns, and refunds are handled by each brand on its own website. If something went wrong with an order you placed on a brand’s store, please contact that brand first using the support details on their site or your order confirmation.

If you believe a link on thebrandmaster.pk is broken, misleading, or out of date, email privacy@thebrandmaster.pk with the product or brand URL so we can investigate our catalog.
